Valerie Ellis is a professionally trained gourmet raw food chef and instructor and has started multiple business, two of which are in the food industry.  She launched a food business that is the only one of it's kind in the northwest and has been running it for the past 2 1/2 years.  This experience led her to build a commercial, commissary kitchen to help relieve the struggles other food entrepreneurs encounter when launching their own business.
